Halloween

Dorthy and the Lion
We had such a fun Halloween this year. A few months ago I saw the most adorable red sparkly shoes at Target. I kept thinking how cute it would be for Addy to be Dorthy from the Wizard of Oz. I can't sew, but Addy and Luke have two amazing Grandma's that Can! Two years ago Addy was Minnie Mouse, and Craig's mom made her the costume. My mom took on the task this year! Thank you so much Mom! Addy looked adorable. My sister-in-law Jenny had made a Lion costume for her little boy a few years back, so we were able to use her costume for Luke. So we had DorthyAddy and Luke the Lion. I dressed up as a witch and Craig was suppose to be the Tin Man, but we never got his costume together. We went lots of parties, went trick or treating and ate way too much candy! Lots of FUN!

Love the Fall

We went to the park today. Addy and Luke played in the leaves. Luke thought it was great. They both rolled around and jumped through piles of leaves. It was fun!

Swearing in Ceremony

This week Craig was sworn in as a new attorney. We are so proud of him! It has been a long road getting here, but we finally made it. He is now officially an attorney. It is kind of weird to think that he can actually practice the law and stand before a judge representing his own clients. Craig is working at Helgesen, Waterfall and Jones in Layton, Utah. We are so grateful for all your hard work and dedication Craig. We love you!!!!

Field Trip

Preschool Field Trip to the Fire station
Addy's preschool took their first field trip last week. The letter of the week was "F", so it was fun for them to tour the fire station. The kids all had a good time. Addy was a little scared of the Firemen, but what's new!!!! Addy really loves preschool and her teacher Ms. Linda.

Luke loved the fire station too. He wouldn't keep the hat on!

A Walk to Remember

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness month. The Share organization sponsors a "Walk to Remember" throughout the country. Today was the Utah Share Walk to Remember. The Walk to Remember is held in memory of all babies who are gone too soon. We all joined together to walk in memory of the steps they will never take. I was able to walk with Craig, the kids, my sister-in-law Lindzi and her family and my good friend Risa and her family. It really was such a neat experience to join with all these families that have gone through what we have. It was really nice that I had two women that I dearly love by my side. I love them both and share with them something so dear to my heart. It is crazy that so many close to me have had my same experience. I am sure glad we have each other! What special Angel babies that we have. {Angel Sydney, Angel Clint and Angel Molly}

We walked around the park and then we let go of the balloons, as they read Sydney's name. We wrote little messages to Sydney. Addy drew her a picture.

Bewitched at Gardner Village

Gardner Village always has the most adorable decorations for Halloween. Yesterday the kids and I met my friend Tiffany and her boys there. We had a great time seeing all the fun Halloween decor! I love this time of year. I love the pumpkins, the decorations, the smells, the costumes and all the excitement.

PUMPKINS

Luke is getting so big. He has turned into a little boy lately. I just love him! I wish he would look at me when I am taking a picture. He is a little stinker.

Addy is becoming quite the poser. She use to never want to take a picture. She has really grown up a lot in the last year. She brought Cordaroy with her in Gardner Village. Cordaroy is vising us for the weekend from her preschool class. She loves taking care of him.
